Nothing appears to happen when clicking download

If you download an entire folder which contains many Photoshop files, the folder size can be quite large and therefore may take a long time. First Google Drive will Zip the folder. You will see the progress of the zip in the bottom right hand corner.

Please allow time for the folder to zip. Once this is complete the zip file will begin to download. Depending on your internet connection and the size of file this may take a while. Please let the download complete.

If the download does not complete, the browser might have timed out. We recommend trying to download individual files or a small number of files instead of trying to download a whole folder. This way the size of the zip file will be smaller and should download without any issues.
