If you’ve forgotten or lost your password, you can reset it on the account login page. Once submitted, you should receive an email notification instructing you on how to reset the password.
If you do not receive an email prompting you to reset your password, please check the following:
- Ensure that the reset email hasn’t gone into your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder
- Please note that the mailing list is separate from the account section of the website. If you are subscribed to our mailing list newsletter, this does not automatically mean that you have an account with us (unless you have made a previous purchase). You can create a customer account at the checkout. Simply add your items to the basket and you can add your details to create your account there.
